1. How do I vote in Burger Off 2019?

To Vote in Burger Off 2019, you need to follow the following steps during the Promotional Period (1-31 August 2019):

  1. Dine at one of the participating Frankston City Burger Off venues and purchase a promotional burger.
  2. Download the ‘Visit Frankston’ mobile application from Google Play or Appstore or go to
  3. follow the instructions to register an account and provide all requested personal information including a valid name, email address and phone number;
  4. accept the Terms and Conditions;
  5. in accordance with the directions, Vote for the burger/s purchased and consumed during the Promotional Period from those listed on the Promotion website and/or mobile application. Votes must be submitted before 11:59pm (AEST) Sunday 8 September 2019.

2. Who can vote?

All residents and non-residents of Australia, of all ages can vote in the promotion.

To be eligible to vote, you must purchase on the promotional burgers listed from a participating restaurant or café during the promotional period (1-31 August 2019).

For your vote to count you must register and vote by Sunday 8 September 2019.

3. How many times can I vote?

You can vote just once for each promotional burger you purchase and eat during the promotional period (1-31 August).

4. How does the voting work?

Voting will be on a Rating Scale. Voters will be asked to rate all eligible entries purchased and consumed during the Promotion Period on a scale of 1 to 10. The promotional burger with the highest score at the end of the promotion will be deemed the winner and Frankston City’s ‘best burger’.

6. Are there any gluten free, vegetarian or vegan options?

The City’s restaurants and cafes have tried to cater for as many dietary requirements as possible. Please review the list of participating restaurants and cafes and their burger entries to view full details. Please note: while due care is taken to ensure that dietary requirements and allergies are accommodated, neither the Promoter nor registered Participant takes responsibility for any cross-contamination which may take place due to shared preparation spaces.

7. When are the burgers available?

The burgers must be purchased between 1 and 31 August 2019.

8. How much do the burgers cost?

Each restaurant and café has set the price for their burgers. Please review the full list of participating restaurants and cafes and their burger entries for pricing information.

9. Are there any opportunities for me to win something?


Each week during the promotion period (1-31 August), we will select one random voter to win a $20 gift card to one of the participating restaurants and cafes. You must be registered to be in the running to win.

We will also select one winner each week for our VOTER PHOTO CONTEST from our social media platforms to win a $50 gift card for one of the participating restaurants and cafes.

All you need to do is take a photo of yourself and/or your family and friends enjoying one of the burger entries, then post it to social media, tagging @burgeroff_frankston and using hashtag #EnjoyEveryBurger.
